Job summary
Compleat Restorations in York is seeking a Carpenter to perform skilled carpentry and restoration work on residential and commercial projects. Based at our York facility, you will collaborate with the Construction Coordinator to deliver top craftsmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail on fire, water, mold, or other loss scenarios.
The role requires 2+ years of carpentry/restoration, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for emergency
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in carpentry and restoration.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Participation in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for emergency response.
- Availability for additional support during major disasters.
- Ability to pass driver and background checks.
- Proficiency in: Trim work, Painting, Drywall hanging and finishing.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry and restoration tasks as directed by the Construction Coordinator.
- Deliver high-quality craftsmanship in all restoration projects.
- Collaborate with team members and subcontractors for efficient project completion.
- Monitor material usage to maintain quality and minimize waste.
- Operate company vehicles in compliance with safety policies.
- Supervise temporary workers and subcontractors as assigned.
- Adhere to all company safety standards.
- Assist with additional support during major disasters.
- Overtime as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
