Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore of Salem is seeking a full-time Carpenter specializing in restoration and reconstruction. You will perform rough and finish carpentry, drywall repairs, and painting to rebuild properties after water, fire, or smoke damage while coordinating with Project Managers and homeowners.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on carpentry experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to document work using a mobile app.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years hands-on carpentry experience.
• Experience with both rough and finish carpentry.
• Knowledge of drywall repairs and painting.
• Organized, dependable and able to manage time effectively.
• Clear and professional communication with customers and Project Managers.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Pride in quality work and attention to detail.
• Comfort with using a smartphone/app to document work and upload photos.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry, drywall repairs and painting as part of the reconstruction phase after damage.
• Assist homeowners and businesses in rebuilding to pre-loss condition.
• Utilize experience in carpentry to install and finish structures accurately.
• Document progress and photos using a smartphone or mobile app.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and other trades to ensure quality workmanship.
