Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ carpentry experience.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Tools: Smart phone, Hand Tools, and Power Tools

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry tasks, including demolition framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, millwork installation, and exterior finishes in a workmanlike manner.
• Identify and use appropriate tools, equipment, and materials for various carpenter tasks.
• Execute repairs according to engineering and design specifications.
• Complete restoration tasks within established timeframes, managing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Attend on-call team meetings and respond to emergency calls when directed.
• Maintain safety and organization on the job site and communicate progress to supervisors.
