Job summary

The Employee Connect is seeking a Carpenter for an on-site contract role in Sheboygan, WI. You will perform trim carpentry, rough framing, drywall, painting, and related duties on assigned job sites, ensuring quality work under stressful conditions.

The ideal candidate follows directions, maintains safety standards (OSHA 10), communicates clearly with project managers, travels in a company vehicle, and participates in the rotating board-up on-call schedule to respond promptly to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Three years of carpentry or property restoration experience.
• OSHA 10 safety certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform trim carpentry, rough framing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and material handling on assigned job sites
• Install drywall, tape and mud seams, sand, and feather into existing walls
• Complete painting tasks including texturing, spray application, and roll-on
• Match stains and apply proper staining technique
• Travel to job sites in a company vehicle and complete tasks on time
• Take part in the board-up on-call rotation and respond to emergencies
• Communicate regularly with project managers and the assigned manager
