Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking an Operations Manager to lead branch operations across mitigation, reconstruction, and restoration projects. You will drive scheduling, client communications, staff development, and profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role blends hands-on field duties with strategic planning, requiring a proactive leader capable of coordinating a diverse team and ensuring safety and compliance across the operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in restoration industry with mitigation and/or reconstruction management.
• Experience leading branch operations and coordinating multiple teams.
• Xactimate experience is required.
• IICRC certifications preferred (Journeyman/Master or equivalent).
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including water mitigation and restoration work.
• Supervise technicians, field supervisors, project managers, and coordinators.
• Develop and audit estimates to ensure profitability and accuracy.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and client communications.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and leadership development.
