Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience related to desktop support and/or restaurant systems.
• Experience with PAR POS system is desired; basic coding and SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain existing systems within the restaurants.
• Resolve technical problems via telephone and remote control software.
• Review call/ticket logs from POS Vendors to determine priority issues.
• Train Operations personnel on new enhancements.
• Participate in application testing for deployment to restaurants.
