Job summary

Miss J's Café, the signature quick-service restaurant inside LV Petroleum Travel Centers, is hiring energetic Team Members. In this role you will prepare fresh food, deliver friendly service, and help maintain a clean, safe dining area for guests, drivers, and locals.

You will take orders, assemble items like sandwiches, salads, soups, and daily specials, operate kitchen equipment safely, handle cash, and support stocking and turnover during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required; training is provided.
• Positive, friendly attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times.
