Panera Bread is hiring a Restaurant Team Member in Brighton, MI. You will greet guests warmly, prepare fresh salads, soups and sandwiches, and help keep the bakery-cafe clean and inviting.

You’ll support the team across production, service, cashier and drive-thru areas, while delivering great customer experiences in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications include minimum age 16+, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, good communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Clear communication with guests, managers and team in a loud environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset
• Reliable, punctual and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler's Card required by law
• Food service experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and speed
• Work across bakery-cafe areas (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, QC)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment adhering to food safety standards
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties and help set up next shift
