Panera Bread in Canton, MI is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality. You will greet guests, assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches, and help keep the bakery-cafe running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm across areas (production, service, cashier, etc.).
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Stay on the move to assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards.
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
