Job summary

Subway in Las Vegas is seeking a Food Service Team Member to join our fast-paced location. You will greet customers, take orders, prepare sandwiches, and ensure cleanliness and food safety while delivering great service.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, handling cash, restocking, and teamwork to keep the store running smoothly. Previous food service experience is preferred but not required.

• Food Preparation:
• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other menu items according to Subway's standards.
• Handle ingredients (meats, vegetables, sauces, etc.) and follow food safety protocols for storage and handling.
• Toast sandwiches, prepare hot meals, and ensure proper portion sizes.
• Maintain quality and presentation of food items.
• Cash Handling:
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process customer transactions (cash, credit, or mobile payments).
• Accurately handle cash and provide correct change.
• Assist with the balancing of the cash register and perform end-of-shift cash counting.
• Store Cleanliness and Maintenance:
• Keep the store clean and organized, including the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen.
