We are hiring energetic, hospitality-oriented individuals to join our team! If you enjoy working with a fun team, love queso, have a great personality, and enjoy interacting with customers, we want to hear from you.

Position Summary

As a Team Member, you will prepare food and serve guests, maintaining high-quality standards by following our safety and quality protocols.

Pay Range

$13 - $15/hour

Job Functions

• Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes and proper procedures.
• Restock front-line stations during peak hours.
• Adhere to food safety standards and report any issues.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strive to exceed guest expectations.
• Work cooperatively with team members and management.
• Represent QDOBA as an ambassador.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of products.
• Maintain personal appearance and professionalism.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
• Greet guests enthusiastically and serve according to guidelines.
• Keep stations clean, organized, and stocked.
