Job Functions

• Provide general customer service, including taking orders, answering menu questions, and addressing customer needs.
• Balance cash register and offer additional sales opportunities.
• Accurately and safely prepare customer orders at various stations such as sandwich making, fry, grill, or other stations depending on the restaurant concept.
• Ensure food safety standards are maintained using various methods and technologies.
• Cross-train in other departments like Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
