Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Team/Crew Member to perform basic operational duties and deliver quality products and service to guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will handle station duties across fountain, grill, drive-thru (if applicable), and support cleanliness and safety standards.

The role is nonexempt with irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior restaurant or retail experience is helpful, along with basic math, reading, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable).
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain cleaning and sanitation: trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, dishes, counters, and food prep tools.
• Regular attendance.
• Report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.
