Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is seeking a Team/Crew Member to perform a variety of station duties and deliver quality service to guests. The role supports food preparation, sanitation, and daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The position requires basic math and reading skills, effective communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask. Expect irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with supervision by the Manager on Duty (MOD).

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.
• Basic math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru).
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties – including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and tools, wiping counters, sanitizing areas, cleaning equipment, and disposing grease.
• Maintain regular attendance.
