Job Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
• Restock the front line with prepared products during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time & temperature standards.
• Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude and have fun.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations.
• Be a cooperative team player and maintain respectful relationships with management and fellow team members.
• Represent QDOBA as an ambassador.
• Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to maintain standards.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
• Greet all guests enthusiastically upon entry.
• Serve guests following recipe and preparation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restocking of all stations.
