Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes and proper portioning.
2. Restock front line with prepared products during peak times.
3. Adhere to food safety standards and report any issues.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and strive to exceed guest expectations.
5. Work cooperatively with team members and management.
6. Represent QDOBA positively as an ambassador.
7. Monitor and maintain product quality.
8. Ensure personal appearance meets standards and display professionalism.
9. Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies.
10. Perform other tasks as directed by management.
11. Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
12. Serve guests following recipes and guidelines.
13. Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations.
