Position Summary

As a Team Member, you would prepare food and serve our guests. You would help maintain high-quality products by following our quality and safety standards.

Pay Range

$16.20 - $18.20/hour

Job Functions

• Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
• Restock front line with prepared product during peak times and/or according to time & temperature standards.
• Adhere to food safety standards and report questionable food deliveries or practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude and have fun.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations.
• Be a cooperative team player and maintain respectful relationships with management and colleagues.
• Represent QDOBA positively as an ambassador.
• Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to maintain standards.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
• Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
• Serve guests following recipes and guidelines.
• Keep stations clean, organized, and stocked.
