Position Summary

As a Team Member, you would prepare food and serve our guests, helping maintain high-quality products by following our standards.

Pay Range

$16.20 - $18.20/hour

Job Functions

• Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes and proper procedures.
• Restock front line during peak times and maintain proper food safety standards.
• Adhere to food safety standards and report issues promptly.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strive to exceed guest expectations.
• Work cooperatively with team members and management.
• Represent QDOBA positively as an ambassador.
• Monitor product quality and ensure proper sanitation, safety, and security policies are followed.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
• Greet guests enthusiastically and serve according to guidelines.
• Keep stations clean, organized, and stocked.
