NAYA - Westport is hiring experienced Team Members to join our fast-growing, community-focused restaurant in Westport. You’ll help with food prep across stations, deliver friendly guest service, and uphold high standards in cleanliness and service quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a restaurant team member at similar caliber concept.
• Excellent communication in written and verbal formats.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform shifts of 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily production items with kitchen staff.
• Follow recipes and NAYA standards to prep food and portions.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and back-of-house areas.
• Greet guests, take orders, ring up items in POS, and deliver timely service.
• Support front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
