Job summary

NAYA is hiring experienced Team Members to work across front-of-house and back-of-house stations in our New York location. You will deliver outstanding customer service, assist with food prep, maintain a clean, organized kitchen, and support a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a restaurant team member at similar caliber concept.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 8–10 hours daily.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Polished personal presentation per Employee Handbook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily production items in cooperation with kitchen staff.
• Follow recipes and portion control standards to maintain consistency and quality.
• Wash dishes and tools used during food prep.
• Maintain clean, stocked workstations at shift start.
• Provide timely, courteous service to guests and handle orders accurately.
• Assist with front-of-house duties and cash handling as needed.
• Support team members and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to sanitation standards and company policies.
