Job summary

NAYA is seeking experienced Team Members to join our growing team in New York. You will work across stations, provide exceptional guest service, and help maintain clean, organized kitchens and dining areas.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a similar role, can lift 50 pounds, and are comfortable with POS transactions and cash handling. We offer competitive pay and a benefits package, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a restaurant team member or similar environment.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Wamiliarity with cash handling and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily production items in cooperation with kitchen staff.
• Follow recipes and portion control standards to maintain consistency and quality.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized workstations at the start of each shift.
• Receive, store, and organize deliveries following FIFO and DOH guidelines.
• Provide timely, courteous service to guests and greet customers.
