Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a restaurant team member at a similar caliber concept.
• The ability to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• The ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Production: Prepare daily production items in cooperation with kitchen staff and follow recipes and standards.
• Kitchen Organization & Maintenance: Receive, disinfect, store, organize deliveries, maintain temperatures and clean equipment.
• Customer Service: Provide timely and courteous service, greet guests, take orders, and process payments.
• Front-of-House & Station Management: Maintain clean workstations, stock items, and ensure smooth daily setup.
• Teamwork & Communication: Support team members and communicate issues to leadership.
• Compliance & Professionalism: Adhere to sanitation standards, company policies, and training requirements.
