Wonder in Burtonsville is hiring a Team Member to help bring menus from Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life while delivering a welcoming guest experience. You will master multiple roles, grow skills, and contribute to a fast-paced, fun team.

Starting at $18.00 per hour with $2.00 overnight premium; certifications and trainer roles add earnings. 18+ and eligible to work in the US. This position offers growth opportunities within a growing company.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and stocked.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage.
• Manage inventory scans, pack accurate portions, ensure correct orders.
• Greet guests and assist with orders, pickups, payments, and app usage.
• Support meal-kit and delivery operations, ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Maintain sanitation across kitchen and dining areas.
• Wash, clean, and restock cookware and equipment.
• Perform duties with a positive, high-energy team environment.
