Job summary

Wonder is hiring a Team Member in Annapolis to help bring menus from Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life while delivering a welcoming guest experience. You will master multiple roles in a fast-paced setting and contribute to an inviting atmosphere for every guest.

This role offers full-time and part-time hours with pay of $16.50 per hour plus premiums for overnight shifts and other role-based increases. Benefits include meals, insurance, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role
• Excellent speed, accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and ability to follow directions

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards and keep stations clean and organized
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper temperatures
• Assist guests with orders, payments, and the Wonder app
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment
