Job summary

Dunkin’ in Branson West, MO is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to help our guests with fast, friendly service while keeping a clean and safe workspace. You will follow brand standards, prepare drinks and food, and assist with order pickup and payments when applicable.

You’ll maintain stocked workstations, meet speed of service targets, and communicate effectively with managers and coworkers to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain cleanliness.
• Prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin’ procedures.
• Assemble and package orders for customers.
• Take orders at Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments if applicable.
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders.
• Maintain a guest-focused culture and communicate with teammates and managers.
• Organize and maintain stock room and workstation areas.
