Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to support daily operations, expertly prepare beverages and food, and deliver friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a team to maintain cleanliness, follow brand standards, handle customer questions, and ensure quick, accurate orders while upholding safety and quality. This role is based in West Virginia and offers opportunities to learn and grow within the franchise network.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
• Stock items at the workstation.
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable).
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
