Job summary

Soar Restaurants Sonic is seeking a Team Member to perform essential restaurant tasks and uphold service standards. The role involves operating multiple stations, ensuring quality products, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, collaborating with the MOD and other crew members to deliver a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Good communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru where applicable) as assigned to meet standards.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties—trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counters, sanitizing prep areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease.
• Regular attendance.
