Job summary

Love's Travel Stops seeks a Restaurant Cashier to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting. You will maintain a clean work area, process payments accurately, and ensure high-quality food service. No experience? No problem!

You may work across stations including sandwich, fry, and grill, while upholding food safety standards and supporting cross training in other areas as needed.

Qualifications

• General customer service skills preferred.
• Cash handling and point-of-sale accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including taking orders and answering menu questions.
• Balancing a cash register and offering additional sales opportunities.
• Prepare customer orders from kitchen stations (sandwich, fry, grill) as needed.
• Follow food safety procedures to ensure a fresh and safe product for customers.
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, or maintenance.
• Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
