Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to perform assigned workstation duties, ensure quality products, and deliver excellent service to customers in a fast-paced environment. You will adhere to the Operations Manual, uniform guidelines, and local regulations while working as part of a cohesive team.

Responsibilities include handling cash/credit transactions through the FOCUS System, contributing to a positive customer experience, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products and providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person.
• Work as part of a team, be on time for shifts, support other workstations, complete closing duties, and uphold uniform/appearance standards.
• Accurately use the FOCUS System, process cash and/or credit transactions, and support sales through upselling while maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work area.
