Job summary

Papa John’s is hiring a Restaurant Team Member in our Springfield area location. You will prepare ingredients, assemble orders, and deliver friendly customer service in person or by phone, while maintaining our standards for quality and safety.

You’ll work as part of a team, stay on schedule, and support other stations during shifts. Use the FOCUS system to process transactions and help secure the store’s assets and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Make quality products and prepare ingredients.
• Take orders and provide quality customer service by phone or in person.
• Work as part of a team, be on time for shifts, and complete closing duties including cleaning.
• Process payments using the FOCUS System and protect assets by keeping areas safe and clean.
