Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring restaurant cashiers to deliver fast, friendly service in a high-volume setting. You will handle payments, take orders, and help maintain clean work areas.

Training is provided for those new to the role, and you will operate across multiple stations to serve customers efficiently. We value teamwork and flexibility as you balance tasks, handle cash, and ensure delicious, safe meals.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to manage a cash register and process orders accurately.
• Awareness of food safety practices and safe food handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take food orders.
• Balance the cash register and upsell when appropriate.
• Prepare customer orders across kitchen stations (sandwich, fry, grill).
• Maintain food safety conditions to deliver fresh, safe products.
• Cross-train in other roles such as Store Cashier or Fresh Kitchen.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds; work in varying temperatures.
