Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring restaurant cashiers to deliver fast, friendly service in a high-volume setting. You will handle payments, keep a clean station, and learn our processes while being trained on the job. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and excellent guest experience in a busy convenience restaurant.

No prior experience? We will teach you! The position offers a wage range of $15.16–$23.00 per hour with benefits after 30 days and opportunities for growth and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• General customer service duties including taking orders and answering questions.
• Cash register balancing and upsell opportunities.
• Safety and accuracy in order preparation across stations.

Responsibilities

• Balancing a cash register and offering additional sales opportunities to customers.
• Accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various preparation points within the kitchen to include a sandwich making line, a fry station, a grill station, or other station depending on the restaurant concept type.
• Cross training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
