Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, takes orders, processes payments and addresses issues.
• Operates cash register or POS devices and suggests additional sales.
• Verifies accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Works at multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter).
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Works to resolve issues with customers and guests.
• Learns team efficiency skills and collaborates to achieve goals.
