Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Ohio is seeking a Team/Crew Member to perform basic operational duties and provide quality products and service to guests. You will work across stations including fountain, grill, drive-thru (if applicable) and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• General understanding of restaurant/retail operations.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities.

• Familiarity with sanitation and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform station duties across fountain, grill, drive-through as assigned to meet standards.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and standards.
• Maintain regular cleaning and sanitation duties (trash, dishes, counters, surfaces).
• Provide consistent guest service and product quality.
• Report customer or employee complaints to MOD.
• Attend shifts with irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
