Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to join our fast-paced kitchen and service area. You will prepare food and beverages according to brand standards, assist guests, and keep a clean, safe workspace.

You’ll follow recipes, handle drive-thru/front counter orders, manage stock, and work with teammates to deliver quick, accurate service. The role emphasizes guest focus, teamwork, and adaptability in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Guest focused with good communication.

Responsabilités

• Follow brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation.
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable).
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
