Job summary

Wonder is hiring a Team Member in Glen Burnie, MD to join a fast-paced kitchen and dining team. You will prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean, and follow food-safety guidelines to ensure quality.

You’ll greet guests, assist with orders and payments, support meal-kit and delivery operations, and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment. Part-time and full-time roles available with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) if required by state/local health departments.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards and keep stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Greet guests, assist with orders, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Support meal-kit and delivery operations and ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Maintain top-tier sanitation and cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas.
• Participate in light local marketing activities (flyers, street engagement, etc.).
• Be a positive, high-energy team member and support teammates.
