Wonder is seeking a Team Member to help bring menus from Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life while creating an inviting, positive experience for every guest. The role welcomes both full-time and part-time schedules at Ocean Township, NJ, with competitive pay and a robust benefits package.

You will master multiple duties, maintain top sanitation, greet guests, and assist with orders, payments, and the Wonder app, contributing to a fast-growing, inclusive team culture and opportunities

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and organized.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines.
• Manage inventory scans and ensure accurate portions.
• Greet guests, assist with orders, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Support meal-kit and delivery operations and participate in light local marketing activities.
