Job summary

Wonder is hiring Team Members in Tyngsborough, MA. Pay rate starts at $18.00 per hour, with an extra $2.00/hour for overnight hours (12:00 AM–5:00 AM) and additional premiums for Certified Team Member and Trainer roles.

Positions are offered as full-time and part-time with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to grow into trainer and supervisor roles. Responsibilities include food preparation to Wonder standards, hospitality, inventory management, and customer service.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Master multiple roles daily, grow your skills, and make a real impact.
• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and stocked.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines, including proper temps and storage.
• Manage inventory scans, pack accurate portions, ensure orders are correct.
• Greet guests, assist with orders, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Support local marketing activities and ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Maintain sanitation in kitchen and dining areas.
