Job summary

Wonder is hiring Team Members in Belmont. The role offers full-time or part-time hours with a $18.50 hourly rate and an automatic $2 overnight premium for hours between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Added pay opportunities include Certified Team Member, Trainer roles, and various benefits.

You will prepare food, staff food stations, assist guests, and maintain sanitation. Training and growth potential exist within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or guest-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and clear verbal communication are essential.
• Willingness to obtain Food Handler Certification if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food: prepare items to Wonder standards and keep stations clean and stocked.
• Deliver Incredible Hospitality: greet guests, assist with orders and payments via the Wonder app.
• Contribute to operations: support meal-kit and delivery coordination and ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Keep restaurants clean: maintain sanitation and restock cookware and equipment.
• Be a team player: support teammates and maintain a positive, high-energy environment.
