Wonder in Newington, CT is seeking Team Members to help prepare and serve food in a fast-paced environment. The role offers $17.50 per hour with a $2.00 overnight premium for hours between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM, plus opportunities to advance to Trainer or Supervisor.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food by preparing menu items to Wonder standards.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines with proper temperatures and storage.
• Deliver Incredible Hospitality by greeting guests and assisting with orders.
• Participate in light marketing activities and support meal-kit operations.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized; restock and manage equipment.
• Be a positive team player and support colleagues and leadership.
