Firehouse Subs is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to join a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will assist with food preparation, take orders at the counter, operate the POS, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accuracy in cash handling, and adherence to food safety guidelines. Previous food-service experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and reliability are valued above all.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus.
• Strong time management for busy hours.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS to process transactions accurately and swiftly.
• Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist with cleaning dining spaces, and supporting kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy during cashiering duties.
• Support the team in adhering to health standards by following proper sanitation procedures and food safety guidelines.
