As part of the Operations Team, you will greet customers, take orders, handle payments, prep food and drinks, keep the dining and kitchen areas clean, follow safety guidelines, and support team goals in a fast-paced setting. Flexible scheduling and age eligibility apply.

• Minimum age of 16 years; 18+ for opening/closing shifts.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and respond to customer issues.
• Operate cash register or POS and use suggestive selling to boost sales.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify order accuracy.
• Prepare and package food and drinks.
• Clean kitchen, counters, food prep areas and utensils.
• Clean dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory as needed.
• Perform duties at multiple workstations.
• Prompt and regular attendance on shifts.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Work with management to resolve issues.
• Learn teamwork skills and contribute to team goals.
