• Assist with payments and resolve guest issues.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and prepare food items.

• Support multiple workstations and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and handle issues as they arise.
• Operate the POS and engage in upselling to boost sales.
• Communicate positively with guests, peers, and managers.
• Verify order accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and package food and drinks.
• Clean kitchen, counters, dining areas, and restrooms.
• Maintain health and safety standards across all areas.
• Unload and stock inventory as needed.
• Work at multiple workstations during shifts.
• Attend shifts punctually and reliably.
• Follow uniforms and grooming policies.
• Collaborate with management to resolve issues.
