Burger King is hiring for a frontline team member at 392 Chelmsford St, Lowell, MA 01851. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and ensure accuracy while preparing and packaging food. You’ll maintain cleanliness across the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms, and uphold health and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments and responds appropriately to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS devices and uses suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales.
• Verifies the accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Cleans kitchen, dining area, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Works at multiple workstations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter).
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Resolves issues that may arise in the restaurant.
• Learns team skills and works with others to achieve goals.
• Responds to guests' needs in a professional and polite manner.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
