Jersey Mike’s Subs – Lino Lakes, MN is hiring Restaurant Team Members aged 18+. Base pay ranges from $15.00–$16.25 per hour plus tips, with average tips around $3.50 per hour, bringing total hourly earnings to about $18.50–$19.75.

No restaurant experience is required. We provide paid training and opportunities to grow into Shift Lead and management roles. We close at 9:00 p.m., with shifts finishing around 9:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No restaurant experience required.
• Willing to learn every area of restaurant operations.
• Willing to learn and accept coaching.
• Flexible schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, genuine customer service.
• Prepare and serve fresh food to Jersey Mike’s quality standards.
• Learn our signature fresh-sliced service.
• Cross-train on the slicer, grill, front line, register, food prep, and digital orders.
• Complete food preparation and stocking responsibilities.
• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Complete cleaning and closing responsibilities.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work with teammates during lunch, dinner, and weekend rushes.
