Jersey Mike’s Subs – Lino Lakes, MN is hiring Restaurant Team Members aged 18+. Base pay ranges from $15.00–$16.25 per hour plus tips, with average tips around $3.50 per hour, bringing total hourly earnings to about $18.50–$19.75.

No restaurant experience is required. We provide paid training and opportunities to grow into Shift Lead and management roles. We close at 9:00 p.m., with shifts finishing around 9:30 p.m.

• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work with teammates during lunch, dinner, and weekend rushes.

Unlike many restaurants, we close at 9:00 p.m., so most closing shifts are finished by approximately 9:30 p.m.

Pay & Growth

Base pay ranges from $15.00–$16.25 per hour plus tips, based on experience, availability, training, and certifications.

Our team members currently average approximately $3.50 per hour in tips, bringing estimated total hourly earnings to approximately $18.50–$19.75 per hour when average tips are included. Tips vary and are not guaranteed.

As you learn more positions, complete certifications, and demonstrate reliability and strong performance, you’ll have opportunities to earn additional pay and take on more responsibility.
