Job summary

LV Petroleum is seeking Restaurant Team Members to join Miss J's Cafe and Dunkin'. You will provide excellent customer service, assist with food preparation, maintain a clean store, and help ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Walk-in interviews are held daily from 11am-4pm at our travel center in Tonkawa, OK. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, preparing menu items, handling cash at the POS, and keeping the dining area and kitchen sanitary.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Take customer orders and provide suggestions.
• Ensure enjoyable customer experience.
• Address questions with professionalism.
• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other items per standards.
• Handle ingredients and follow food safety protocols.
• Toast sandwiches and prepare hot meals.
• Maintain quality and presentation of food items.
• Operate the POS system and process transactions.
• Balance cash register and end-of-shift cash counting.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including dining area, restrooms, and kitchen.
• Perform cleaning tasks: wipe counters, sweep, mop, trash.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with team; train new members.
• Assist during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Restock ingredients and monitor inventory; report shortages.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
