Responsibilities
Essential Function: Provide outstanding customer service to all customers. Work proficiently in the four basic positions – slicer, middles, register, and fourths.

1. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
2. Report for each scheduled shift on time.
3. Be proficient in the Port of Subs method of operation.
4. Complete reviews and testing for each applicable position.
5. Follow and complete daily tasks assigned on assignment cards/task lists.
6. Maintain Port of Subs and governmental standards of food safety and sanitation.
7. Comply with all restaurant policies to work safely.
8. All other duties as directed by management.

Essential Qualifications

1. Proven guest service and communication expertise.
2. Solid organizational and time-management capabilities.
3. Ability to train others.
4. Competency in basic math for inventory and financial tracking.
5. Working knowledge of computer.
6. Flexibility of schedule that may include nights, weekends, or particular holidays.

Qualifications Needed

1. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly each day.
2. Stand/walk for extended periods daily.
3. Frequent reaching, stretching, grasping, pushing, and bending.
4. Valid Drivers License and Insurance.

Job Type: Hourly
Pay: $16-17 per hour, plus tips. Flexible Hours Available. Full or part-time.
Start Date: Location will be opening in the middle of March 2025.
