We are looking for a passionate, Italy-loving Team Member to help us create exceptional dining experiences at our new Greenwich fresh pasta restaurant. Your role involves cooking and serving our customers the freshest pasta in town, and being part of a brand new team opening in one of the coolest locations in town.

Imagine chefs making fresh pasta in the restaurant window, the sounds of Italian funk and jazz, the aroma of ragù, in-house pasta making classes, delivery drivers on terracotta Vespas, and more.

What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists:

• Prepare and plate fresh pasta dishes and other delights to high standards.
• Handle dine-in and delivery orders efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Be a positive team player, bringing warmth to the environment.
• Greet customers enthusiastically and help them explore our menu with personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a positive dining atmosphere by attentive service.
• Follow recipes and techniques to ensure quality.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized.
• Monitor ingredient supplies and inform the shift manager when stock is low.
• Ensure the dining area is inviting and spotless.
• Regularly clean and sanitise surfaces for safety.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with cleaning tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in team meetings and training, sharing ideas and enthusiasm.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and take on additional tasks when required.

Who you are:

• Experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but passion for Italian cuisine matters most.
• Enthusiastic about learning and sharing knowledge about our menu.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
