Restaurant Team Member at Panera Bread takes the core role of welcoming guests and delivering excellent service throughout the bakery‑cafe. Your daily interactions create the warmth and hospitality that make our guests return.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for Panera Warmth during every guest interaction.
• Execute duties in your specific area within the bakery‑cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.).
• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency – no assembly lines, just real ingredients and great food.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while maintaining a constant presence.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols.
• Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties, and helping set up the next shift.
